New Fields on Wage Report: Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) Codes and Hours Worked

DES is now collecting employee SOC codes and hours worked when an employer/agent submits a quarterly wage report. SOC information can help education and workforce training programs better meet employers’ needs.

Use the SOC Lookup Tool to look up SOC codes using your employee’s job title, keyword, or the first letter of their job title. While filing your quarterly wage reports, please fill in the SOC code field on the far right of the report.
